At St Thomas More we believe children have the right to a rich and varied curriculum. We work hard to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of all our children and that all are able to access the learning offered. Our curriculum is firmly rooted in our local area and is relevant to the lives of our children and families. It is based on an enjoyment and love of learning and we take great care to listen to the children’s feedback when designing our curriculum each year.
If you want to know more about any aspect of the curriculum offered at St Thomas More please do not hesitate to contact the school to make an appointment to speak with one of our highly-skilled curriculum leaders.

At Saint Thomas More School we believe that outdoor learning is essential. We encourage and inspire individuals through positive outdoor experiences
We are developing as a Forest School. A Forest School is an innovative educational approach to outdoor play and learning in a woodland environment.
The philosophy of Forest Schools is to encourage and inspire individuals of any age through positive outdoor experiences over an extended period of time. We carefully plan activities into the curriculum that allow for these positive outdoor experiences.
Year Four used digital cameras to capture the beautiful plants in the sensory garden to inspire their artwork.
